£20,000 - £22,000 per annum - 12 month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)

Looking for a new challenge in a busy but rewarding environment?
Key Duties Include:
- Co-ordinate assessment centres
- Manage the on-boarding process for all new starters
- Arrange thorough inductions
- Arrange and book training as and when required
- Highlight areas of concern that arise from exit interviews
- Ensure GDPR policies are adhered to
- Absence management
- Ad-hoc Administration to assist other members of the HR Team and the Talent Acquisition team
This is a great opportunity for someone to develop their HR or Recruitment skills, the client provides excellent training and has some flexibility on the hours. The role is Full Time but the working hours can be 8-4, 8.30-4.30 or 9-5.
