We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Bid Co-ordinator to join our friendly and hardworking team in Ulverston, where we are responsible for providing bids and quotations to customers around the world.

Our site in Ulverston is situated in a small market town located in South Cumbria on the edge of the beautiful Lake District National Park, ideal for people with a love of outdoor pursuits, with excellent road and rail links to the rest of the UK.

**What are my responsibilities?**
- Interpret customer requirements and define the required product or solution. This may be done in conjunction with other departments such as delivery or technical
- You will prepare the quotation documentation describing technical, commercial and financial aspects
- Obtain the bid approvals
- Hand over the bid to customer, obtain and process customer feedback, determine negotiation strategy and roles, conduct contract negotiations, obtain contract approval, close contract negotiation phase, analyse and document win/loss
- Upon purchase order receipt you will update, complete and verify relevant data and documents and then handover to delivery team
- You will maintain departmental work lists to ensure accurate reporting of business volume and closeout data

**What you bring**
- Experience in a similar role/worked with Subsea products previously would be highly advantageous
- You will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate with a wide variety of individuals
- The ability to manage your workload and time manage is an important skill we are looking for
- You will also have great negotiation skills and the ability to influence others
- You will be comfortable with working on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, whilst maintaining clear lines of communication with all relevant stakeholders
