**Location**The role is based at Hadlow College

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Hadlow College for a **Reception and Student Information Assistant** to join the Student Support team on a part time basis.

Reporting to the Front of House Coordinator, the role will be responsible for representing the College to both our students and the general public by acting as a front-line receptionist.

The effective running of the helpline ensures that our customers are given relevant course information in a timely and efficient manner and, in carrying out the helpline duties, you will be required to liaise with both lecturing staff and the admissionsteam to ensure that customers are given the information they require.
