Key Responsibilities: As an Unqualified Nursery Worker, you’ll be instrumental in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children across various nursery settings. Your duties will include:

- Supervision: Ensuring the safety and well-being of children, promptly responding to their needs.
- Assistance: Supporting qualified staff in delivering engaging educational activities to foster social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Care: Assisting with feeding, diaper changing, nap times, and maintaining a clean, hygienic environment.
- Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with colleagues to cultivate a positive and nurturing atmosphere.

Requirements: We’re looking for individuals who have:

- A genuine passion for working with children and contributing to their growth and development.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Reliability and punctuality, adhering to set working hours.
- A willingness to learn and develop skills in early childhood education.
- The ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.

We offer flexible working arrangements to accommodate your availability and preferences for shifts and hours. Standard shifts typically start between 8:00-9:00 am and end between 5:00-6:00 pm.
