**Key RoleResponsibilities**:
As a Trainee Rental Advisor, you will be an integral member of the Sales Team. Your keyresponsibilities will include:

- Dealing with the general public and corporate clientson the phone and in person.
- Monitor daily desktop reports, vehicle availability, utilisation, vehicles overdue, expiring insurance policies of corporate customers, expiring credit card authorisations, excess mileage etc.
- Effectively utilising the tools and resources available to you to becomea specialist in your area.
- Beingintegral in championing and maintaining a culture of customer service excellence; ensuring that the expectationsand requirements of customers are delivered upon and demonstrate alignmentwith, and engagement in, a robust customer communication strategy.
- Production of business plans and strategies and any other planning associated with the development of the Rental Department.

**Prerequisites**:

- Customer Experience essential.
- Driving Licence essential.
- Interested in working in the Motor Industry and sales department.
