Purchase Ledger Clerk

Elevation Accountancy & Finance are really excited to be supporting a reputable & well-established business based in Keighley, as they look to bring in a knowledgeable Purchase Ledger professional to strengthen their finance function.
Duties of the Purchase Ledger Clerk will include:
- Process invoices through the system (multiple companies and currencies)
- Matching of delivery notes and orders
- Working with departments to clear queries
- Work to resolve issues with GRNI (Goods Received Not Invoiced)
- Chasing for authorisations and ensuring invoices are ready for payment
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Ensure that transactions are posted accurately and in a timely manner
- Any additional tasks as requested by Management
Person Specification:
- AAT or similar
- Experience in a Finance / Admin role
- Competent Excel skills essential
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Experience of SAP ideal but not essential as full training is given
