Warehouse Apprenticeship

Dudley - Hours 8-5pm Monday to Friday

Overview:
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Apprentice to join our team. As a Warehouse Apprentice you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and fulfilment processes. This is a physically demanding position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties**:

- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed
- Handle heavy lifting and materials handling as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse
- Utilize warehouse management system to track inventory and fulfill orders

**Apprenticeship Training**

As an apprentice you will complete a Supply Chain Warehouse Level 2 qualification with a national Training Provider. Your apprenticeship Training will focus on your job, is completed at the workplace, and you will be allocated a tutor and a study session in your working week.

**Components of the Supply Chain Warehouse Level 2 Apprenticeship**
- Competence/Knowledge based qualification
- Functional Skills - Maths/ English (if required)
- End Point Assessment - Final Knowledge Test, Observation and Discussion
