**The role**

We are looking for a Media Buying Team Lead to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role you will be launching a new affiliate vertical, scaling your advertising and team. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and take your skills to the next level.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years experience as a Team Lead/Head of in Media Buying
- Proven track record of success in launching and managing affiliate offer campaigns (Gambling, Nutra, Crypto, Dating, etc.)
- Experience working with one or more of the following traffic sources: Facebook, Google Ads, Taboola, TikTok, programmatic platforms
- Experience developing funnels for traffic acquisition and media buying strategies to maximise ROI
- Experience in starting and managing new projects
- Ability to analyse data with a structured approach to work
- Experience working with large budgets (from £1k per day) and scaling new offers
- Experience with affiliate tools MLA, Dolphin, Ketairo, and Voluum would be beneficial
