- Assist in the preparation of accounts and financial statements

- Support financial audits

- Manage invoice processing
- Assist in tax preparations
- Collaborate with the team on financial forecasting and risk analysis
- Comply with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- High level of accuracy and efficiency
- Excellent communication skills
