We are currently working in partnership with a leading blue chip telecoms company with locations across the UK. The position will involve working on an established FTTH installation framework contracts in the South East.
As Installations Director, this role can offer long term security working with a strong team of commercial and operational staff. You will also have the flexibility to manage your own workload through the region offering a better work-life balance.

- **Key Essentials**_
- As Installations Director you will be responsible for overseeing FTTH contracts with a value in excess of £30M per annum
- Management and delegation with Regional Managers overseeing operational staff and a large team of Installation Engineers
- Responsible for performance management and process improvement to ensure efficient project operations of high volume works
- Management and reporting of KPI's with the client
- Understanding contract scope and opportunities
- Overall support to the install team to help achieve and deliver monthly targets through optimisation of resource
- Ensure that contractor resource against customer and organisational demand is met
- Commercial awareness
- Overseeing a heat map of issues with clients
- Risk management with clients
- Demonstrating performance and identifying improvement
- Improving client perceptions
- **Requirements**_
- Previous experience of operating at a senior level on high volume (FTTH) telecoms installation projects is essential
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to delegate at all levels across various departments
- Excellent programme and performance management skills
