**Professional/Technical Skills Needed**:

- **Advanced understanding of Windows Server and ability to troubleshoot and correct problems**:

- **Excellent understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy**:

- **Proficient in Windows Server v2008/2012/2019+**:

- **Cloud - Azure/AWS**:

- **Wireless networks including WLAN controllers, access points and software**:

- **Web conferencing and collaboration systems infrastructure**:

- **Experience of remote access technologies**:

- **Troubleshooting skills with network, Firewall and telecommunication devices**:

- **Knowledge of backup technologies**:

- **Excellent communication skills written & verbal Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot pro-actively.**
