Premier Contract Supplies are a fast-growing family business with a branch in **Bristol**. We are suppliers of sanitary-ware to the new build market, buying products from a large mix of suppliers, helping house builders create a specification and then distributing from one of our seven warehouses across the UK.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Warehouse Operative to join our small team in **Bristol**.  We are looking for someone with warehousing experience, who is hard-working, conscientious and passionate about contributing towards the smooth and professional delivery of products to customers at their building sites.

**Warehouse Operative Responsibilities Include**:

- Packing, picking and labelling of stock for final delivery
- Loading and unloading of goods from vehicles
- Checking and receipt of goods delivered
- Recording and distribution of products to the correct location for put-away
- Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures
- To comply with company procedures with the use of mechanical handling equipment
- Corresponding with internal departments when necessary
- Moving the company van in and out of the warehouse for loading
- Assisting with stock taking
- Keeping warehouse/yard area clean and tidy
- Able to portray a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- In addition to these duties, you may be required to undertake other duties in line with the needs of the business, where appropriate training provided.

**Qualities Needed**:

- Forklift Truck Certificate - Counterbalance and Reach (preferable)
- Physically fit to perform manual tasks as required
- Full UK driving licence
- Organised and good attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Confident and able to use own initiative when needed
- Excellent time keeping skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,800.00-£22,880.00 per year

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Licence/Certification:

- FLT Counterbalance (preferred)
- FLT Reach (preferred)
