Job Summary

**Salary**: £30,000 - £32,000 Depending on Experience

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. Full-time on site.

Location: 33 Grosvenor Place, London, United Kingdom, SW1X 7AW

Contract: Permanent

What are we looking for?

Cleveland Clinic are looking to recruit a Supply Chain Coordinator to join the Supply Chain team.

You will be responsible for the design, documentation and implementation of all supply chain activities in the clinical areas of the hospital. This is a two-phased role that requires someone who is able to setup and implement the inventory solution envisioned for the Cleveland Clinic and subsequently deliver the supply chain operational needs of the clinical areas once open with a mandate to continuously improve and deliver a best in class supply chain service to the Clinic.

What will your duties include?- Provide a professional, customer focused Materials Management service to all user departments.- Support rationalization and standardization of medical and surgical products.- Ensure that routine stock counts are conducted in accordance with hospital policy and procedures.- Assist in effectively managing stock master files for clinical departments in scope working closely with the supply chain database team.- Become a super-user, expert and trainer for all systems within agreed remit of the role for supply chain.- Deliver long term efficiencies such as supplies expense reduction, increased stock utilization and availability, reduced stock wastage & obsolescence.- Supports the implementation and operational management of the RFID inventory solution across all relevant departments.- Supports the implementation and operational management of the Kanban inventory solution across all relevant departments.- Manages all phases of ordering, receiving, distribution, and warehousing of all essential departmental equipment and supplies.- Resolves shipping and receiving issues directly with the vendor or carriers.- Performs administrative functions related to the department inventory control and distribution.- Produces monthly statistical reports, completes a physical inventory and performs cycle counts as required.- Participates in the planning and implementation of new procedures, policies and systems.

What we need from you?- Deep experience in inventory control functions with responsibility for par levels, stocking location management, dataset management, vendor relations, inventory analysis, and usage trends.- Experience in healthcare supply chain function - essential- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office is desirable.- Familiarity with ERP and materials management systems will be advantageous.- High school diploma or equivalent.- Ability to speak and write in English is required
