Location: Chesterfield
**Salary**: £22,264 - £28,129 (DOE)
Working Pattern: 40 hours/ week, Monday-Friday
We have an exciting, newly created opportunity for an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team and become part of one of the UK's fastest-growing industries. As our Relationship Manager, you will be the face of ChargedEV and represent us confidentlyto our referral partner accounts. In this role, exceptional customer service is key along with the ability to work towards set SLA’s for each partner account.
ChargedEV is part of the hugely successful Redde Northgate PLC; a leading automotive mobility solutions provider. Together we’re supporting Road to Net Zero and the transition to electric vehicles through the provision of domestic and commercial EV charginginstallation and fleet services. With 10 years of experience in EV Charging, with operations nationwide, we’re expanding the business in a fast-growing market to deliver for our rapidly growing customer base.

**Responsibilities**
- You’ll become an expert on our domestic delivery processes and the unique characteristics of the Partner account you’re owning
- You’ll prioritise delivery for your allocated Partner account customers by working closely with the Delivery Team
- Use your process knowledge and people skills to negotiate the best options and outcomes for the Partner and ultimately the end-user
- You’ll be a key stakeholder for ongoing continuous development initiatives for your Partner Account
- Take responsibility for managing day-to-day communication with your partner counterpart while contributing to weekly / monthly reporting
- Report up to the business and provide customer data reports as required
- Drive key KPI’s such as customer conversion, response rates, lead times, and more for your allocated account
**Required qualifications/ experience**
- Proven track record of excellent customer experience
- An understanding of processes as a whole and being able to see the “why” behind each stage and how that delivers our customer proposition
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in excel, word, and PowerPoint or similar
- Good business acumen
- Ability to work on own initiative, multitask and work well under pressure
- The ability to work collaboratively with your colleagues
- Clear communicator with a focus on listening, recording, and acute attention to detail
- Honest, focused and committed to delivering the highest levels of customer service
- Demonstrate a positive proactive approach towards organisational change
- Experience in working autonomously
- Desirable - familiarity with working to SLAs
- Desirable - familiarity with EV in any capacity
