Medical Lead

We are now hiring a Pipeline Medical Lead (Haematology) who will lead and develop medical launch strategies and activities in close collaboration with the medical and cross-functional teams, providing scientific information, contributing to clinical strategy, collaborating to develop impactful medical education plans, evidence generation plans and implementation science plans.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leads on medical pipeline strategy considering Health Care System's dynamics and needs
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with top clinicians in collaboration with other internal stakeholders across a wide range of complex situations to drive outcomes
- Analyses scientific data swiftly, assesses gaps in practice vs guidelines, understands and follows trends in disease areas to create early plans on how to establish scientific and clinical leadership
- Creates strong medical plans including evidence generation plans, publications, medical education, by working collaboratively with internal & external stakeholders
- Leverages multiple stakeholder perspectives and approaches to co-create value and build commitment

**Minimum requirements**
- Significant experience in Medical Affairs across therapy areas/different compounds and at early stages of life-cycle
- Strong knowledge of/experience in Haematology highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of UK Healthcare System and external stakeholder management
- Deep understanding of evidence generation and educational strategies
- Deep understanding of drug development and approval process
