Reporting into the Morning Shift Manager, this role is based in Bedford. You will be responsible for the smooth running of warehouse responsibilities.

Hours of work: Monday
- Friday 08:00 - 17:00

**Pay & Benefits**
- £25,000.00 Per annum
- Eligible for profit sharing yearly bonus (The more profit the company makes the more we all can earn in bonus - this is uncapped)

**Job description**
- Current MHE licences (Reach) - “ESSENTIAL”
- Current MHE licences (Counterbalance) - Desireable
- All Warehouse functions (including but not limited to, unloading, checking, receipting, putting away, replenishments, picking, packing & loading of goods)
- Report any discrepancies
- Follow quality service standards & comply with company procedures & policies
- Warehouse maintenance - Ensuring the smooth receipt and accurate and timely location of all goods
- Supporting in maintaining a presentable work area “Clean as you go”
- Proven working experience as a warehouse operative
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices & methods
- Good organisational & time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Strong communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders
- Creative problem solving
- IT literate
- Attention to detail
- Passionate & driven
- Work well independently and within in a team environment
