We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Videographer to join the in-house creative team in a fast-growing Witney, Oxfordshire-based brand as a Video Content Creator. A newly created permanent role offering a salary of up to £30,000pa, access to top-of-the-range equipment and studio, plus an amazing benefits package

As the driving force behind all video content, you'll work alongside the Head of Creative and wider photography team to produce captivating promotional videos, live event coverage and additional digital content. This is your opportunity to breathe life into a well-established brand through engaging storytelling and creative projects.

**In the role of Video Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for**:

- Oversee and implement content development that aligns seamlessly with our client’s brand guidelines.
- Craft compelling and high-quality video content that promotes a diverse product range to B2C and B2B audiences.
- Organise and maintain a content library to ensure consistency and maximum impact across all channels.
- Independently shooting and producing content to a high standard, encompassing all aspects from concept through to final edits.
- Collaborate directly with the creative/digital team to produce engaging, platform-specific video content.

**Requirements and skills for the role of Video Content Creator are as follows**:

- A degree in Videography, Photography or another relevant field
- At least 2 years experience in a high-quality video content creation role
- Proficiency in creating social media and web video content
- Evidence of strong visual skills
- Postproduction editing of video and photography
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Exceptional planning and communication skills
- Knowledge of current video trends
- Willingness to be studio-based full-time in Witney, Oxfordshire
- Ability to travel to location shoots and events as required
