Our Night Porters have charge of the whole building for most of their shift, taking the principle responsibility during their shift for the safety, security and comfort of our guests.
- To ensure that the hotel's safety and security procedures are applied consistently and effectively during your shift.
- To deal with all Front Hall queries from guests relating to their use of the hotel.
- To clean the Bareca front of house and set up for breakfast.
- To coordinate effectively with other departments to facilitate the professional operation of the hotel.
- To fulfill shift checklist when on operational duty.
- Ability to give full attention to our guests, to actively look at ways to help people, and to adjust actions in relation to others.
- Excellent knowledge of the locality of the hotel, including visitor attractions and local events.
- A detailed understanding of the hotel booking and billing system, the website and the EPoS system.
- Dependability - Job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations.
- Attention to detail - Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
- Integrity - you must be honest and ethical.

Pay: £13.50 per hour
