Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in daily operations and management of the venue
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Sell products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Supervise and train staff, providing guidance and support
- Stock + line check, cash counting and other company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitatlity environment, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for administrative tasks

**Salary**: £11.44-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Bar management: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Kingston upon Hull (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Kingston upon Hull: Relocate before starting work (required)
Work Location: In person
