Libra is exciting new team bringing together expertise from the Community Substance Misuse Service and Children’s Services to provide a Whole Family Approach to working with problematic substance use. This team will involve young people and their families in planning and implementing creative ways to promote recovery and lasting change. Libra will link with existing teams to enhance engagement to innovatively provide supportive parenting strategies and diversionary activities. Libra workers will collaborate to offer comprehensive support and advice to the families affected by substance use problems. The team will consist of a Senior Practitioners linked to Adult Service, a Senior Practitioner linked to Children's Services and Family Support Workers. This post is a maternity cover post for an Adult Services Senior Practitioner.

Base can be negotiated.

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to
quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the
Service and the organisation.

This post has a minimum requirement of two references, one of these must be your current or most recent employer.
