**The Role of Trainee Insurance Executive**
Your duties will include:
- Develop positive, trusting and friendly relationships with clients to make it their choice for insurance, and to recommend us to their friends and family.
- Continually develop own knowledge of the insurance industry
- Identify new ways to raise performance including agreeing a broadening personal self-development plan.
- Champion great teamwork by helping others in the branch
- Good standard of education
- A background in sales, banking or finance would be desirable but could be a school/college leaver
- Demonstrate strong communication skills,
- Deal confidently with clients over the telephone
- Be self-motivated and prepared to study for Exams
