Temp Contract**

**Location - Staines Upon Thames**

**Van and Tools Supplied**

**Hourly rate - £15.00 PAYE - £17.00 Ltd per hour**

Urgently looking for an experienced Domestic Plumber-Multi to deliver a highly professional, customer focused service for our client based in the Staines area. Covering multiple Domestic properties handling all aspects of plumbing works (Repairs, Maintenance,install, replacements)

**Domestic Plumber main responsibilities**
- All plumbing works within Domestic Dwellings
- Fitting of bathrooms/kitchens (all fixtures)
- Liaising with Tenants/ Residents
- Repair/maintenance/service on sanitary ware/showers/shower pumps/ toilets/ kitchen fixtures etc
- Ensure completed works are done to a High standard and reported back to site management.

**Criteria**

Subject to a DBS check

Must Hold a valid UK Drivers Licence

Level 2 NVQ in plumbing or higher
