Keyholder Supervisor

Working alongside the owners you will be the face our guests see almost daily We are looking for someone who is customer focused, friendly, hardworking, reliable and above all trustworthy.

Day to day duties will include some breakfast shifts - 7:30am until 10am

Opening up the downstairs of the building where you will prepare to meet our overnight guests as they come down for breakfast. Our breakfasts are pre-ordered the night before so all that is left is to serve them from the kitchen, interact with the guests, followed by the clearing any tabs from their stay, the tables used, dealing with check outs and ensuring our guests are set for the day

Afternoon into evenings - 3:30pm until no later than 10pm - meeting and greeting guests arriving, checking people in, dealing with dining reservations, serving behind the bar, waiting on, clearing tables and interacting with the customers. The bar closes at 9:30pm fully and we are always closed and locked up by no later than 10pm. On an evening you will be closing down the bar, ensuring breakfast tables are set for the following morning, cashing up, turning everything off and locking up.

You need to be customer focused in every way as our guests are mostly here on holiday and you will be here to make sure they are having the best time possible

This is a busy role that is demanding however, you will be joining an existing happy friendly team that will value you.

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
