Office Administrator / Warehouse Assistant

£26,000 (depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting for a fantastic business based in Hanworth who is looking for a dedicated and hands on individual to assist the office manager with processing customer orders, preparing deliveries and other admin duties.
You will be joining a highly successful business that is able to offer a friendly working environment, paid overtime opportunities, company health insurance, and the chance to work with some of the most prestigious names in the industry.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven admin experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. You should also have a "muck in" approach and be able to use your own initiative to solve problems as they arise whilst maintaining a customer focus on all activities.
Job duties:
- Processing invoices
- Preparing paperwork for orders and deliveries
- Checking relevant stock and enduring tidy stock room
- Booking deliveries for customers
- Labelling products and preparing packing of orders
- Supporting with adhoc PA/admin duties
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a hand
- on role
- A true passion for customer services
- To be reliable and committed to work
- Excellent communication skills
Please note that you will be joining a small team who all get stuck in to deliver a world class service to customers. The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm. During busy periods, you may be required to work extra hours (which will be paid), and you will be expected to do an early 5am with a 1.30pm finish every other week and then the occasional Saturday possibly once a month)

**Salary**: £7.63-£13.93 per hour
