Liquid Personnel have exciting opportunities for experienced support workers to join a fantastic, supported living service for adults with Mental Health and Learning Disabilities. You will be working for an incredible organization who have been established for over 30 years and who empower and enable people across communities to live fulfilling lives. As the Support Worker you will support the team leader in ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered, you will regularly complete risk assessments, keep records up to date, provide physical and emotional support which may include helping with household tasks, helping with health care ie routine checks/ appointments, you will teach and support with life skills, such as shopping, using public transport and managing money. This is very much an engagement and encouragement role so you will also support with activities and engage clients into activities based on hobbies and interests.

**Salary**: £25,820 - £26,070 (inclusive of 2 sleeps per week at £55 per sleep)
Shift patterns: 09:00-17:00 (early shifts) 17:00 - 23:00 (late shift) 23:00-09:00 (sleep shift)'

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
