Retrofit Assessor

C12 Ltd specialises in the installation of insulation, air source heat pumps and solar pv. We work under several Government schemes (ECO4, BUS, GBIS) installing these products in homes across Yorkshire.

We are looking to recruit a Retrofit Assessor to perform full retrofit assessments and also other technical surveys where required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete retrofit assessments of buildings and lodge as required.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Work with the retrofit coordinator to plan and prepare the project
- Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, recommendations, and cost estimates.

**Requirements**:

- Level 3 qualification Energy Efficiency of Older and Traditional Buildings. (Or working towards)
- Clean driver's license and over the age of 25
- One year's experience in a similar role.
- Experience in technical surveys, however training will be provided..
