**About us**

C&C Preservations and Remedials Ltd is a small business in Eastbourne. We are professional, agile, innovative, and our goal is to Treat homes suffering with damp using the correct systems, however we also work to the clients budget so we use a large variety of different products.

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a competent damp proofer and bright worker, must have skills in plastering and basic construction, who is skilled in these specific items;
- Plastering, using modern and lime systems
- First fix carpentry
- Understanding reinstating items back to original levels or placements.
- Working alongside and providing services with electricians and plumbers.

We also require you to;
- Drive
- Have own tools (Day to day disposable items will be provided)
- Work with clients, be polite and understanding
- Be tidy, clean and well presentable
- Value quality over spead.
- Be willing to learn new skills and adapt your workmanship to suite our desired end results. We aim to provide a great service and attention to detail.

We will help you with;
- New products that you may not be familiar with
- Fuel allowance
- Day to day disposable items

Pay;
- Either fortnightly in hand, or;
- Last Friday of each month.

We are currently a 3 man team, we work mostly in domestic homes so require a person with pride and cleanliness.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract, Graduate

Pay: From £180.00 per day

**Experience**:

- Joinery: 1 year (preferred)
- Carpentry: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
