**Job Description: Band 7 - ENP**:
Sirona Care & Health is currently seeking a Band 7 Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP) for a temporary position at our location on the Ground Floor of Kingswood Civic Centre in Bristol. This position will start on 18/04/2024 and end on 18/04/2024, with a shift start time of 12:00:00 and a shift end time of 16:00:00. The payment rate for this position is £108 per shift.

As a Band 7 ENP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in need of emergency medical attention. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of acute injuries and illnesses. Your role will also involve providing education and support to patients and their families, as well as advocating for their needs within the healthcare system.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Conducting thorough assessments of patients presenting with acute health concerns
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients
- Prescribing medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and guidelines
- Providing patient education on their diagnosis, treatment plan, and follow-up care
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each patient

In addition to providing direct patient care, you will also be expected to participate in quality improvement initiatives, professional development opportunities, and ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge as a healthcare provider. As a temporary staff member, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment while making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients.

To be successful in this role, you must have a valid nursing license and certification as an Emergency Nurse Practitioner. You should have excellent clinical skills, strong critical thinking abilities, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will be working closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members on a daily basis.
