People Advisor

As a People Advisor you will be responsible for coordinating training and Health and Safety activity on site, ensuring the site is compliant with safe and legal requirements and that all colleagues have completed the required training to fulfil their role safely and effectively.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Completion of training audits
- Supporting the design of training documents
- Coordination of site Health and Safety activities
- Oversee training support team where required
- Conduct training needs analysis for the site
- Support managers to ensure colleagues have the required training to fulfil their role safely and effectively
- Collate, analyse and present Health and Safety data to identify trends in order to continually improve Health and Safety standards
- Deliver safe and legal training relevant to your site
- Coordination and maintenance of training materials
- Work proactively to identify cost saving initiatives where possible
- Ensure efficient use of resources when coordinating training
