**Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role**:

- Expertly providing lead rein, beginner lessons, show jumping lessons up to 80cm, Prelim level dressage lessons and countryside walks, making sure these are always safe, informative and fun for our guests and members
- Taking out hacks ensuring that our guests have an incredible equestrian experience whilst seeing the gorgeous Scottish countryside
- Confidently assisting our senior coaches with group lessons and countryside walks
- Carrying out the full range of stable duties with huge pride and intricate care; proactively reporting any injuries, or unusual behaviours from our horses or ponies
- Ensuring our horses and ponies are fully ready for lessons, making sure every element of their preparation is perfect
- Turning in and out; ensuring our horses experience the maximum benefits to their health, happiness and stimulation
- Actively participating in Pony Club lessons, supporting and contributing to the work of this incredible organisation
- Providing a warm, welcome presence and informed point of contact for our livery owners and visitors to the stable yard
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us 5 star in every way

**The kind of person we're looking for**:

- You already have your BHS stage 2 complete and have a huge passion for coaching
- Highly motivated to develop your coaching skills and achieve further qualifications, you eager to take full advantage of our career development opportunities
- Naturally outgoing, you love to talk with guests and clients; sharing your knowledge, answering their questions and professionally dealing with, and resolving, any concerns
- Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
- You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
- A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
