Job Outline:
An office-based role required to facilitate and support the administrative and Health & Safety activities across EMEA and at the Headquarters. This role requires a high level of service ethic whilst being able to work at times under pressure handling multiple tasks. Given a direct interface for the reception and managing the meeting areas at the headquarters the ability to adopt a positive and welcoming image to all internal and external customers is important. At all times, the handling of enquiries quickly and efficiently, with a calm demeanour ensuring that customer service remains a top priority.

What the role involves:

- To support the Facilities Manager regarding all team activities including but not limited to administration, reception, Health & Safety, building security and Post room
- Working with the Facilities Assistants and team to ensure full coverage for EMEA incoming communications.
- Greet visitors and inform the relevant employees of their arrival
- Maintain the communication database including MS Teams and mobile phones to ensure that they are accurate at all times
- Ensure that all visitors and contractors to Future House are issued with the correct information regarding H&S, access and building information, and work permits where necessary
- Work with the Facilities Assistant and H&S Coordinator to ensure the EV charging units and car parking facilities are in good condition and working order.
- On occasion to support logistics, postal deliveries and related communication
- Ensure that the reception area is in the best condition and welcoming, including getting refreshments for waiting visitors.
- Ensure that meeting rooms and other communal areas are clean, tidy, correctly equipped and in good order at all times and to work with the Facilities Technician to resolve any issues

Do you have:

- Previous experience working within a busy area is preferable
- IOSH qualification would be an advantage with an interest in Health & Safety
- Highly organised and accurate, able to work under pressure and maintain close attention to detail
- Able to work under own initiative and as a member of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office packages
