We are currently recruiting for a wonderful Accounts position based in Maidenhead, you will be joining a growing and dynamic business and will be supporting the Financial Director by carrying out accounts support functions. Although this role will be mainlyfocused with Accounts Payable duties, you will also have the opportunity to get involved with other accounts related duties.

Job duties:

- Processing invoices and cheques
- Carrying out payment runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Providing adhoc support the Financial Director
- Liaising with suppliers regarding any finance related queries
- Ensuring all finance/ accounts processes are adhered to
- Assisting with other Finance duties, including balance sheets
- Working on spreadsheets and accounts related systems

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience with providing support across a broad range of Finance and Accounts functions
- Ability to use own initiative and be strong team player
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Strong knowledge in Excel and Accounts/Finance packages
