Your role as a graduate engineer will involve a rotation around the company, blending engineering knowledge with business. The rotation will start with a period of site experience where you will help oversee the construction process and gain practical insightinto the day-to-day engineering challenges. Afterwards, you will be based at the Head Office in North London, where you will be exposed to larger-scale engineering problems in areas such as sustainable flood design, foundation designs and external works packages,regularly liaising with our consultant architects and engineers. The work is within a close-knit team environment where there is huge scope to get involved in different aspects of house building.

Salary will range between £25,000-30,000 annually plus a car allowance.
