Administrator Credit Control Team

We are looking for an additional team member to join this busy credit control team as an additional Credit Control Administrator. Here you will be supporting the customer service and sales teams with effective risk management and credit control.
To be successful in this role you will need to be a strong administrator with clear communication skills, have the ability to build strong relationships. You will need qualities and skills such as problem solving, being a team player and be a polite andpersuasive communicator. Keen to learn credit control.
Main responsibilities for the Credit Control Administrator (with training)
- Create new ledgers and participate in monthly reviews
- Ensure payments are received within payment terms by managing customer accounts closely, communicating regularly and resolving any queries as necessary
- Raising credits and invoices
- Run daily reports to assist in the credit management of customer accounts
- Assist in departmental daily tasks including cheque/ remittance listing and scanning maintain daily cash collection figure, banking.
- Support the management of credit cards transactions and refunds
- Raise journals to general ledger
- Carry out account reconciliations as required
