**Job Description**:
I am currently working with a forward thinking, young and dynamic business, who are looking for a driven, motivated and talented individual to join their energetic and fast moving team.
This is a one off opportunity for someone looking to pursue a future career in contracts management. Joining as a Contracts Supervisor you will be responsible for a number of sites overseeing timer frame construction. With the initial guidance and support from your contracts manager you will be responsible for: programming, production call offs ensuring enough lead time, coordinating works, commercial aspects of the role such as budgeting and costs, visiting your sites daily and overseeing site teams, attending site meeting and representing the company in such meetings.
It is essential you have experience of timber frame construction and fire prevention measures, however all levels and backgrounds will be considered. Your drive, determination to succeed and mindset will secure you this role.
You will need to be a confident and organised individual who isn’t afraid to say no when timescales are too tight and advise on best route forward etc. Communication is another main attribute you will need to succeed in this role

A competitive salary will be offered in line with a progressive long term role, along with holiday, pension, bonus and vehicle (van). This role will cover a sites in, Bude, North Devon, Tiverton and down to Plymouth
