CopriSystems Ltd are looking to recruit a highly organised and pro-active Project Coordinator to join their progressive team based in Devizes, Wiltshire.

**The role includes**:

- Planning and organising ongoing projects within the company
- Following and tracking project schedules
- Ensure all documentations for the project is current and up to date
- Maintain a strong contact with the client and suppliers for the project
- Attend project meetings, taking minutes and actioning anything raised
- Provide adequate cover for projects in the absence of the Project Manager in office and on site
- Gather all information and data to show performance
- Visit sites through the project process to ensure client and contractors are happy
- Work within the project’s budget
- Schedule in plant hire and haulage companies as and when needed
- Ordering stock and materials for site

**Qualifications and Skills required for this role**:

- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Mac, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word
- Full UK driving license and happy to travel within the UK
- At least one year experience in construction and in a similar role
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Able to deliver results under tight deadlines

**Salary, dependant on skills and experience: £25,000 - £30,000**

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
