The Engineering Recruiter will work as part of the wider talent team on a remote basis, focusing on the engineering requisitions for the organisation.

Engineering Recruiter Responsibilities:

- Manage a number of engineering requisitions for across the business, based in the UK and Ireland.
- Manage hiring managers requisitions, qualifying roles and providing market insights
- Attract and engage engineers through a variety of recruitment methods
- Develop talent pools for key roles
- Develop the brand.
- Support the wider team where required.

Engineering Recruiter Skills:

- Previous recruitment experience ideally onsite based or agency.
- Previous experience working within in shipbuilding, defence or engineering organisations is key
- Excellent stakeholder relationship skills
- Proven experience in resourcing for engineering roles
- Experience working with ATS

This is a remote opportunity, although adhoc travel maybe required. Initially a 4 month contract, however, likely to extend into the new year and beyond.
