**About us**

Becketts Farm is a family business that is almost 100 years old.

We pride ourselves on providing excellent food and drink to our guests and amazing service from genuine 'poeple people'.

Our working day is busy and hectic, but we try and have a laugh along the way and most importantly, do things with a smile :)

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and soft drinks.
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and timely service

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of retail math for cash handling and cashiering duties
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a barista or food service role
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 16-30 per week

**Salary**: £7.49-£10.42 per hour

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Barista experience: 1 year (required)
