General Builder

Westmann Contracts are seeking a general builder to join our team on the Fylde coast.
- Roof works (e.g. liquid applied membranes, gutter cleaning).
- Groundworks
- General builderswork (e.g. window replacement, bathroom & kitchen upgrades, demolition).

**Requirements**:

- Local to FY5.
- Blue or Gold CSCS.
- NVQ Level 3 or similar in construction related discipline.
- Previous experience required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety procedures
- Proficient in reading drawings and construction plans
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks for extended periods of time
- Willingness to travel nationwide (paid travel)
- UK Driving Licence
- Own hand tools

Desirable:

- Working at height / PASMA.
- Other certs.

Pay: £20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
