**About this role**:
This is a great opportunity for an HR Generalist to join the Capital One HR Family The role will focus on providing HR support to a defined stakeholder group, ensuring great experiences for associates across the full employee lifecycle. You will need to have a passion for stakeholder engagement, as the role will play a pivotal role in facilitating discussion between your business area and the HR centres of excellence to solve all People issues.

**What you’ll do**
- Be the key point of contact for all HR queries for your designated business area
- Engage with HR business partners and our US colleagues to ensure service and experiential requirements are being met
- Ensure the contract suite and intent for the employee base is fully documented;
- Identify and manage risks and controls associated with supporting the employee base
- Design and build new processes associated with supporting the employee experience
- Manage escalated employee queries for the population and ensure resolution;
- Design new operational processes, or amendments to existing processes that may be required to support ongoing employee issues and queries
- Set up governance and reporting to ensure operational requirements and processes are monitored
- Provide support to the wider HR team on key HR projects
- Lead on HR Communications for this population

**What we’re looking for**:

- Experience of working within an HR function
- A passion for project and process management
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment, and excited by the opportunities this presents
- Knowledge of HR operational activities;

**Where and how you'll work**

This is a permanent position and will be based in our Nottingham offices. Our hybrid working model offers you the flexibility to work from our offices and from home, when you need to.

We're big on collaboration and connection, and so generally encourage our associates to use our offices on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

The number of days you spend in the office will usually be led by the type of work you’re doing, and the hybrid working patterns of the people you partner most closely with.
