Freelance Baby Swim Coach

**JOB PURPOSE**
We’re looking for people to deliver exceptional swimming lessons for Total Fitness members and non-members, to ensure the correct swimming safety procedures are always followed and to provide excellent customer service, making a difference to people's lives through teaching them to swim.
We are open 7 days a week and you will be required to work shifts that include both early and late working patterns and these shifts will be on weekdays and some weekends throughout the course of the month
Pay: £16.50 per hour (2 x 30 minute lessons) + additional £2.65 for 10 minutes between each lesson
**What does the role involve?**
- Deliver lessons in accordance with association guidelines
- Create a fun and positive pool experience
- Guarantee the highest levels of safety at every session
- Support the PXM (Poolside Experience Manager) with any queries regarding member progress
- Maintain accurate records of all members
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardian of babies/toddlers participating in lessons

- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with parents
- A genuine passion and active involvement in poolside activities
**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 2-6 per week
**Salary**: £16.50 per hour
Licence/Certification:
- Level 2 Swimming Teacher (preferred)
- DBS Certificate (preferred)
- STA or Swim England Baby Swimming Qualification (preferred)
