Vice Principal

We are seeking to recruit an inspirational, dynamic and innovative Vice Principal to be responsible for Behaviour, Attendance & Student Welfare. The Vice Principal will be responsible for the pastoral care of students in years 7-11, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to promote the School’s culture and ethos.
- Be motivated and resilient with excellent interpersonal, planning and organisational skills
- Have evidence of successful engagement or a long term interest in pastoral work
- Have the ability to relate well to students and staff in teaching and pastoral roles
- Have the ability to respond professionally and consistently to challenging behaviours of all kinds
- Be committed to on-going professional development and training to ensure outstanding classroom practice
