We are working with a large manufacturing client who is very successful within their industry working across both standard and bespoke client requirements to appoint a full time permanent internal sales / telesales associate.

You will be working within a dynamic team responsible for contacting new and existing customers in order to bring in new sales and meet company KPI’s.

The individual suitable for the position will be hard working, enthusiastic and target driven. Being able to communicate and have an understanding of products and services provided.

Daily duties:

- Contacting new and existing customers through internal systems
- Initiating sale opportunities with potential customers over the telephone
- Generating appointments through outbound calling
- Pursue active questioning to engage customers
- Updating of CRM and internal systems across product and customer details
- Meet and exceed daily KPI and internal targets

Person Profile:

- Experience within a similar sales environment meeting and exceeding targets
- Personable and able to hold a conversation with internal and external contacts
- Computer literate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage a heavy workload
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Self-motivated
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per hour
