Kitchen Porter/kitchen Assistant

Overview:
Join our team as a Kitchen Porter. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in supporting our kitchen operations and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
**Duties**:
- Assist the kitchen team in food preparation and cooking tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Handle dishwashing duties and ensure all kitchen equipment is clean.
- Support in the preparation of ingredients for cooking.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to uphold high-quality food standards.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
- Assist in the smooth functioning of kitchen operations.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant setting is essential
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and basic food preparation techniques is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and practices within a kitchen environment is beneficial.
Pay: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
