**Social Media & Content Co-ordinator**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Social Media & Content Co-ordinator to join our marketing team in a new, pivotal role. You will support the marketing and the company’s growing ambitions by helping to increase our content output, with a focus on social media. Working closely with the digital marketing and graphic design team, you will help identify, create and deliver original marketing content for digital channels, including graphics, videos, animations, photography and copy, with a focus on audience growth and customer retention and conversion.

To ensure success, you will be a fantastic self-starter and be full of creative ideas. We are a B2B business but we like to do things differently; we are content focused and brand equity is very important to us. You should also be a brilliant collaborator who can work with the larger marketing team across various channels and responsibilities, and be able to adapt and evolve to fit a fast-growth and scale-up environment. You will have the ability to come with ideas that create impact but also meet strategic business needs.

**Social Media & Content Co-ordinator Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management **- work alongside the digital marketing team, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of content across a number of social platforms, ensuring that brand synergy, tone of voice and business strategy is achieved. Working closely with the wider marketing team to accommodate all the current marketing priorities and key narratives that need to be met, as well as working with the marketing manager, external agencies, compliance and research to better inform the content strategy.

**Social Media Scheduling** - maintain a comprehensive social media calendar of past, present and upcoming activity, integrating campaign needs, product launches, key narratives and content pillars into a cohesive, impactful and effective delivery plan. There should be a balance of short term needs such as a reactive day to day opportunities, and long term planning of key company milestones and events.

**Community Management** - develop a long term plan to better engage with our wider social network in order to encourage growth across all key digital metrics including followers, engagement and conversions. Work with research and marketing and external agencies to regularly enhance and improve this workflow and report findings to support wider company awareness of social engagement wins and successes.

**Content Creator **- support the inbound demand for marketing content by regularly identifying content opportunities, leveraging the business strategy and objectives to source and deliver powerful and impactful content for our social media platforms.

**A/V Production Assistant** - as part of the content creation responsibility, support the marketing team and digital agency in the production of audio visual material, including the planning, filming and delivery of short films, drone footage, podcasts and any other A/V content as required.

**Marketing Support **- support the Marketing Manager and Chief Marketing Officer with day to day marketing responsibilities with a focus on creative marketing, content creation and growth opportunities relating to content.

**Marketing Assistant Requirements**:

- 1-2 years in a social media or content creator role within a business, or production assistant who also has experience managing social media accounts within a business.
- A degree in marketing or a recognised qualification in media, production or digital is preferred
- Previous experience in social media or content creation is essential
- Some B2B marketing experience would be advantageous but not essential
- A strong understanding of digital marketing principles such as social media and web, including an eye for new technology and marketing innovation and the ability to recommend based on social media trends
- A willingness to learn, develop and take on more responsibility as the business grows
- Great collaboration and teamwork skills
- A creative thinker
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Knowledge of financial services is preferred.
