Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and evaluate compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including AML/KYC, fraud prevention, privacy, data protection, and others.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices, and ensure that the organization is fully compliant.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance framework, and ensure that all policies and procedures are up-to-date and effective.
- Conduct periodic compliance risk assessments to identify areas of potential non-compliance, and recommend remediation measures.
- Investigate and report on any suspected violations of laws or regulations, and ensure that any necessary corrective action is taken.
- Develop and conduct compliance training programs for all relevant employees.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that all compliance-related matters are handled in a timely and effective manner.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports, as required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Law, Finance, Business Administration).
- At least 3 years of experience in a compliance role within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for financial institutions, such as AML/KYC, fraud prevention, data protection, and privacy.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and other relevant anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism financing regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex regulations and policies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
