We at **Olive Dining** are recruiting for an experienced catering/Kitchen assistant to join our chef manager and the rest of the team at **St Joachims Catholic Primary School - in Newham - E16 3DT**
- Working term time
- up to 12 weeks holiday
- Mon to Fri
- 25 hours per week
- £13.15 per hour, equivalent to about £1180 per month
- Free lunch
- Progression within Olive Dining

**Your duties**
- The catering assistant cleans kitchens, taking care of all aspects of hygiene as well as helping to prepare food and serve the students
- Assist in the kitchen and to be responsible for hygiene and cleanliness within food preparation areas.
- Catering assistants are also responsible for carrying out basic food preparation tasks, such as washing and peeling food.
- You will also assist in organizing the store room

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £13.15 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

**Experience**:

- catering/kitchen: 1 year (required)
- Catering in schools or contract catering: 1 year (required)
