**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are hiring a** Client Wellbeing Coordinator** to our **Engagement **team in **London**

We're looking for a talented Client Wellbeing Coordinator to work on our Engagement team in London. Reporting directly to the Engagement Director, you will be a cultural transformation agent, bringing our clients closer to the Gympass mission and advocating on behalf of Gympass to clients, users, and suppliers. This is a position inside the Global Revenue team, responsible for working alongside our Account Management team to build wellbeing strategies with our clients.

**YOUR IMPACT**:

- Planning, development and analysis of wellbeing strategies & initiatives with our client partners (for example planning a wellbeing campaign for Mental Health Awareness Week with Gympass)
- Onboard new clients being launched with a client-centric, consultancy mindset, developing impactful communications strategies and engagement initiatives tailored to their needs
- Leading on key communications projects and initiatives to drive results in the UK & IE markets
- Being a 'dotted line' to other team members; including delegating, coaching & supporting the team
- Collaborating with your counterparts in European and Global markets
- Deploying global programs in collaboration with our Global Strategy Team
- Continuous monitoring and tracking of client and market results and leading on the reporting to all relevant teams
- Work in close partnership with Client Success to identify client engagement opportunities and propose impactful solutions to address clients' needs

- Understanding and familiarity with the B2B wellbeing industry
