**Role Profile**

O'Rourke Contracting Plc are looking for a Yardman & Stores Operative for an immediate start based at our site in Wrotham.

To undertake works in connection with maintaining the tidiness of the yard and any other required duties, ensuring health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.

**Key Responsibilities - Yard**
- To assist with general handyman duties throughout the Yard as required
- To be responsible for Stores
- To assist with the onsite containers, ensuring that access to them and the use of them is not abused
- Clean Vehicles / plant from time to time
- Review and communicate with managers on materials.
- Report low stock of materials and damages

**Other duties**
- To be available to commence work from 7am to 4pm, Monday to Friday
- To ensure internal and external customers receive a courteous service
- To work earlier or later when the situation dictates
- Any other such duties as may be required from time to time
- Some deliveries may be required
- Forklift ticket would be desirable but is not essential

You will need a Full, clean UK Driving Licence due to driving duties and own transport is required due to our location

**Experience**:

- Yardman / Stock Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
- Forklift Ticket (preferred)
