_**Day to Day Duties include:

- **_
- Customer service. Serving customers on the counter, taking calls from customers and making calls to customers, order taking in any form.
- Stock taking. Being involved in and/or conducting a stock take at any point deemed necessary by the Directors.
- Orders. Packing all orders in the appropriate manner to conform with current delivery and export criteria.
- Labelling. Ensuring all packing and products have the correct labels for identification for all parties involved.
- Invoicing. Learning the invoice method for all end users prior to manufacturing and despatching.
- Cash and card sales. Being involved and /or dealing with payments in the form of cash sales and card sales (regularly actioning these on a lone basis).
- Have experience in the above or be willing to learn and be trained.
- Have a good level of literacy and numeracy skills.
- Be able to use a pc and current software associated with the above.
- Be comfortable in serving customers face to face and interacting with all members of staff at all levels.
- Great work ethic and attitude to working as expected.
- Be extremely trustworthy.
- Enthusiastic to learn new skills and receive training.
- Of smart appearance and a good timekeeper in relation to working hours and any demands to meet customer expectations which may result in overtime to complete the task.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 - 40 per week

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.00 per hour
